How long does it take to receive my order?
We try to ship within the same week an order is placed (5-7 business days).
What is your return policy?
We currently do not offer any returns. If your product arrives damaged, please let us know and we will be happy to see what we can offer you.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently often Canada wide shipping. For all other countries, please send us an email so we can discuss additional shipping fees.
Are your products Natural?
Most of our products are considered natural as they are made with pure oils and butters. Please see each product ingredient section to best understand what your product contains.
Will my favorite soap be back?
Unless the soap is tagged in our classic collection, we do not guarantee that a certain scent and design will be back.
How do you chose your Classic Collection?
Our Classic Collection was chosen by our most popular scents and designs. Once a soap has reach a steady sale volume, it may be transferred to our permanent collection.

How long does it take to restock?
Soap takes 4-6 weeks to cure. Once a soap is set to be coming soon, please anticipate 4 weeks at maximum until it hits the shelves.
